A first in a new planned series

I started this one a few weeks ago, and I’m almost finished with it. I’m not quite sure yet. I might add some more to the circle. The writing in the circle is Philippians 4: 6-7, which reads (NIV translation):

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Lately this scripture has rang a bell, or hit home, so to speak, for my family. It has been confirmation of things to come. When thinking of this scripture, it rings of peace, stillness in the presence of God. So, I call this one “Tranquility”. This is the first in a new planned series of art. Once I’ve decided it’s finished, I’ll get a much better picture. Thank you, and God bless!
